ZALORA offers free and easy exchanges and refunds/returns – no questions asked! Ensure that your item fulfills the conditions below and is not in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands list.
There are just 4 easy steps to exchange and/or refund/return online!
i) Fill in an online request HERE >>> Please note that this service is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please return your item(s) within 3 days as reservations for exchange items are for a limited time only!
ii) Fill up the return slip included in your package. Indicate legibly:
- return reason OR
- exchange size and/or color
Pack your items and the return slip (tax invoice) back into our reusable ZALORA bag. Don't forget to use the Singapore Post shipping label to enjoy free return shipping!
P.S: For easy self-tracking and for us to assist you better, please keep a record of the RNZAL code found on the Singapore Post shipping label. You can log on to www.speedpost.com.sg to track your own return parcel.
Drop off your parcel at any of the following locations:
- Any POPStations
- Any SingPost counters
Please note that ZALORA will not be able to track and trace any parcels returned through SingPost mailboxes or any third-party couriers. Any additional cost incurred from returning an item through methods other than the aforementioned 2 drop-off points shall be fully borne by the customer.
Lastly, look out for an email notification once we have received your return item(s) at the Warehouse!
