MISSING RETURN SLIP
Return slips can be categorised by containing items either sold by:
For items sold by either ZALORA or ZALORA's external suppliers, you may download a copy of your return slip(s) via Desktop by following 2 simple steps!
- Go to 'My Account' > 'Orders & Tracking' > find the order number you want and click on 'View/edit order'.
- Download your return slip(s) by clicking on 'PRINT INVOICE'. Please note that this feature is only available for items that have been shipped and may download multiple files depending on the number of packages in your order.
If you're missing your return slip for Seller items or you do not have access to a desktop, you may request for a copy of your return slip from our friendly Customer Experience Team at +65 3157 5555 or drop us an email here.
Not only do you have 30 days to return items that do not suit you, returns shipping fee is absolutely free of charge! However, a return label is necessary.
To be entitled for free return shipping, a pre-paid Singapore Post return label is required.
We have included the pre-paid Singapore Post return label in your parcel and the tracking number begins with RNZAL. Stick it on your return parcel and get to enjoy free return shipping!
In the event that you are unable to find the pre-paid shipping label, no worries! Please call our Customer Experience Team at +65 3157 5555 and we will send you a new one by email.
